I have found this work really useful - I demonstrate strongly so many of the Leaving characteristics. The greatest help has been reference to the influence of the very early environment on the child, especially around the time of birth and soon after. By helping me focus on this period, of which I have no direct memory and little second-hand knowledge, I have been enabled to develop a much clearer understanding of how my parents' situation at that time might have influenced my development and that has helped me progress positive change. Thank you...

A good one is, from standing, to simply pull your shoulders up towards your ears, trying to keep the rest of your body, arms incl, fairly relaxed. Keep breathing quite deep, keep feeling your body and keep pulling the shoulders up for about 2 mins. Then just stand for two minutes, breathing and feeling. Repeat 3 times, so 12 mins in total.
