Although these exercises are challenging, especially psychologically (What will other people think? What will I feel about myself?), they are great for your personal development!

I think that getting past resistance is crucial in this modern world, where collapse and giving up almost seem acceptable.

Perhaps it's because we lost the hunter-gatherer natural order. Back then, not getting what you set out to accomplish could mean, well, death!

I had four kids '84 '88 '94 '98 / the ocean was the lifesaver , as in the ocean their expansion into their own energy was unlimited and blameless , if they got smashed by a wave it was their own decision . I am so grateful to their father for keeping the family focused on the horizon , even though it did not work out between us , the four kids are full of grit and drive . Confronting NATURE is a great place to experience our own natural body .

I was just watching a video by Belvedere Vodka featuring Daniel Craig , an actor who has played James Bond . In the video he dances , and some of the moves are like this . I think it could be fun for you to look at his dance moves and analyze them for emotional release therapy - sounds silly but could be fun . I am really getting a lot out of following your work . Jen
