Explaining the ans response and how it takes a while to calm back down and move on helped me understand something that I've seen among those that I watch, read, listen to.

They keep on jumping on new conspiracies, some of which are mundane.

This prevents them from moving on, because they're remaining primed in the alert state.

I feel that these constant threats advertised, like brain chips, genetically modified mosquitoes, etc are purposely spread to keep those who question authority stuck in this response.

Obviously, they could become a threat, but right now I see a lot more hype than threat. Elon musk's neuralink for example has high hopes and brags about it, but I've yet to see any success. Heck, their animal trials were a failure!

Yes, blaming everything on the bad guy is an easy way out. Ironically so is blaming everything on unresolved father issues.

Authority is severely abused by deeply dysfunctional organizations, look at the past 3 years. Pushing against authority might be influenced by childhood experiences, but you cannot simply reduce it to that.

With all the pain and dysfunction we still have our dignity and discernment. Maybe your view has changed since you wrote this, I honestly hope so.

Taking an interest in corruption is not a mental condition. My God, sounds like something right out of Orwell's novel.

What you have written above contains so many generalisations - painting a vast field of research into corruption as if it were all a kind of deluded mental condition. Conspiracy is a loaded term and one which is used to paint everyone with the same brush - a term used to incite a kneejerk reactionism of the same kind Reich himself often faced. Anyone who is an expert in Wilhelm Reich must be well aware of the witchhunts he met in many countries while he worked tirelessly for the benefit of mankind against fascism, murderous hellish regimes, the suppression of not only knowledge but of fulfilling life's integral principles and the pursuit of happiness and a wholistic spiritual engagement with life. It's disappointing.

I appreciate that you are trying to appear unbiased here, but your bias is staggering Devaraj. Have you ever considered that the extreme end of things like Q-Anon are red herrings there - like the political label 'conspiracy theorist' to lead people astray who are out there generally taking a humanitarian interest in the elite pedophile rings, world banking debt systems, huge disparity in wealth and power and all that goes with it, etc that do exist and of which there is a great deal of documented history and so many wounded survivors - some of whom you may have come across if you are working in the field of healing? Can you really say honestly you understand all the motivators for those people who engage in such high level organized crime?

You state in your article that 9-11 has been done and dusted and that there is no question, every stone has been turned and daddy government has cleared it all up for the wayward rebellious children, how convenient that sounds - something Reich would have rallied against to my mind, certainly seems to fairly scream out of his "Listen Little Man" that he did not take part in shaking the hand that manipulates and limits the masses - is this sir, not simply something you have put in the 'too hard' or 'too frightening basket' and because it is such a bitter pill to swallow that this kind of grand manipulation which points to a very deep and criminal picture going on in our world today (for which I would say there is a huge body of evidence) - and because it is more comforting to avoid it's further study or contemplation, especially when something on a scale that big, wealthy and powerful makes you potentially feel powerless to stop or change it or do anything about it, is it not - arguably, those people who turn a blind eye who have the psychological need for comfort and avoidance and a feeling of false security via self-delusion as opposed to the grandiose need for 'difference' you pose that the supposedly deluded self aggrandising conspiracy theorist clings to? (what of the great number of studied architects calling for truth to this day, thermite discovered via Neils Harritz etc.)

If these questions, as you posit, can't be answered conclusively - why then do you contend to, characterising those who's political veiwpoint diverges from your as delusional?

You acknowledge that some conspiracies are true - and state that you don't contend to have the final word on reality yet in your article, you are having the final word and proceeding with a great arrogance to rubbish the views of millions of studied people. Calling them obsessive and painting them with a number of faults you then grandly forgive them by pointing to pitiable childhood wounds or a sad mental condition. Is that not a villianous degradation of a huge range of people who's concern for how the planet and people are being hurt by a minority is something they don't cower from or try to shove under a rug?

Real acceptance is not prejudice. Real acceptance and respect is to not to label people obsessive, extremist, delusional, wrong what have you until such a time as you can prove that is the case. Can you? Does majority rule? As it did in the fascist regime that pushed Reich and his work out of Germany? Does one have to be obsessed to look into the hidden hand and its involvement in global affairs? I think not. Many great minds have been doing just that for centuries. Reich was no exception, he may not have got as far with understanding some of the interest groups behind his life's work being continually attacked and suppressed, the book burnings and slander which continues to this day - as his work, which facilitated natural healing and harnessed natural power instead of trying to invert or pervert it, represents a great threat to said parties, nevertheless I applaud him for unwittingly liberating humankind from the ongoing thwarting of it's natural life energy and state of wellbeing.

Are you denying that there is a global network of mystery schools which employ an initiatory hierarchy to rise within their ranks that sit centrally within the global power structure and execute a great influence on global affairs?

Why is the masonic emblem on the greenback, was that just my bad acid trip when I spent too much time hanging out with crims in the ghetto, lol. The Bush family make 'no bones' about their involvement... what was he, reading a story to schoolchildren about a goat when the towers fell.... that's not an inside job, that's just an inside joke. Sick sense of humor.

At a time that mass graves of abused indigenous children are being discovered in great number in Canada, is it possible your words make them turn in their shallow beds of earth?

At a time of unprecedented global protest - how reductionistic to write such an article that reduces millions of people educating themselves and taking some action about next level power grabs - by characterising them thusly. Small wonder 'they' don't wish to go along with the status quo - it's wonderful isn't it. Imagine if wealth on the planet was evenly distributed what Reich and other scientists might do for us all if they weren't held under in favor of the military industrial complex.

Here's another characterization - some people care enough and are not so frightened to go against a narrative that is none of our making and look outside to see who is behind the curtain - making the Wizard of Oz talk and bellow. There are certainly many psychological reasons the majority don't wish to. Looking at crimes against humanity has never been savory, easy or comforting. "Understanding the mind of the Believer" can be similarly said about anyone's beliefs so why are you shaming a huge group of people?

Maybe write a better article instead of trying to characterize a vast field of people from so many different psyche's and backgrounds that take in interest in crimes against humanity - write one about the sort of characters who ruthlessly hoard power, suppress the life energy, benefit from war, false medicine, propaganda and degrading our natural paradise and connection with spirit.

Loving your priority of connection from a place of acceptance over correction by opposition. Reminds me so much of Daryl Davis’ approach to reconnect the extreme leans of co-existance and extreme racism in his documentary “Accodental Courtesy”. Very well written and just noticed you also have a fantastic, narrated a version.

This is great- looking forward to Part 2. I'd be interested in your thoughts about how to communicate with people in the intense first stage you describe when they are wholly mono-maniac. I have "lost" people in their fierce protection of their discoveries. A young man I knew had his feet brought back on the ground by being virtually press ganged into crewing a trans-Atlantic yacht and being put back into visceral and intense experiences rather than wholly cerebral. He now retains beliefs that challenge the status quo whilst functioning in the world again.
