This brief piece isn’t really about Covid or vaccines. I just need to start there as it helps me make my point…
I have little problem with vaccines. Neither the WHO. I don’t believe either Tony Fauci or Bill Gates is the antichrist. I mean, maybe they are. But I haven’t seen any evidence to support that contention. And I’m used to reading conspiracy material. I’ve been doing it since the nineties. And I know the “tells” that show that the writer has an unconscious bias.
But there’s one thing that came out of the whole Covid drama that does concern me - vaccine passports. Not the passports themselves. The way I see it, governments will always try for a bit of mission creep when it comes to social control.
No, what concerns me is that so many citizens of the EU seemed to go along with the idea that we need vaccine passports. Literally, they just swallowed the story whole.
I mean, it’s a QR code that says you’re safe to go out to the cafe. With pretty much zero scientific evidence to support that contention. Any rational individual knew full well from the get-go that vaccines weren’t likely to stop, or even slow, the transmission of Covid. They were there to reduce the chance that Covid harms you. In the UK, this was clear and obvious from the start. Scientists were honest about it.
In the UK, the gov refused to go along with vaccine passports.
In the US, the people pushed back.
In the EU, they swallowed this lunacy whole.
I can only conclude from this event that people in the EU have now been subject to so much propaganda that they have completely lost the plot. They think that moral posturing, or faith in superstition, is more important than grounded, scientific reality.
This to me does not bode well for the future of the EU. To me, if you demonstrably submit to something as delusional as a vaccine passport, you are essentially signalling that you are okay with being subject to more top-down control. I don’t think that’s a good message to send out to any government, or any institution.
For me, as people, we are in a constant push-pull relationship with our governments, banks and other institutions of authority. It is incumbent on us to push back against what we find invasive or oppressive. If we don’t do that, then institutions will simply assume that we are up for being controlled still more. I find it unrealistic to expect agencies of control to rein themselves in without external pressure.
In the UK, when Thatcher crushed the mining industry, most of us took it on the chin, for whatever reason. When she introduced the Poll Tax, we pushed back. Ordinary people marched and rioted in London. Within weeks, she was out of power.
I regard it as imperative to understand that it is not our institutions that need to change. It is us that needs to change. Putting the onus on the institutions might feel comforting. But in reality, it simply deepens our personal victim trip in life. And there is no need for that.
When we push back against perceived violations of our physical or psychological boundaries, then institutions will be driven to change. It does not work the other way around. It comes from us. We must each individually take a position, myself as much as anyone else.
When you practice Bioenergetics daily, slowly the part of you that feels like you don’t have the power or the right to push back against something larger than yourself changes. You begin to realise, from deep inside, that you have both the right and the power. It’s a tangible sensation, an actual knowing.

Yes, we need to be the ones to do the pushing, not waiting for someone coming to save us.
