Today I’m excited, because I’m releasing this 9-stage Reichian Segmental Armouring Workout. I’ve been working with it for a while now, especially in workshops, and it provokes strong releases.
It’s a great sequence to liberate us from upper body holding patterns and is especially great for the Leaving or Rigid Character Types.
It’s a very powerful technique so take care of yourself the first few times you try it.
