It feels like a nice time to throw a bit of red meat to my base, as they say in politics. My mind does get busy with the underlying psychology of world events and transitions and I often find myself writing about this stuff. But also I know that many people who follow me just want to feel better. Fair enough.
I try not to do that hyped out “Just do this one exercise to release all your problems” thing too much, even though I know it will trigger all those dopamine circuits and have people merrily reading and watching.
All that regardless, the “Wall-Hanging Arch” exercise is still an awesome, quick and simple exercise. One of the students on my Part 2 Bioenergetics Facilitators trainees recently shared it with us. Take a look.
You will need:
one human body
one short stretch of bare wall
Thanks, I will give it a go - my neck and shoulders are still my most problematic area and this looks like a relieving position. And good to see you. I also noticed a link in the youtube video to your Reichian Personality Test... I will take this and also add it to my recent article on the value of such tests ( https://garysharpe.substack.com/p/personality-types-traits-tests-and )
